The new chancesend.com website is up and running. Based off of CMS Made Simple 1.0.2 (external link), the site is much easier to update and maintain. Which means, with any luck, I will be updating content on a much more frequent basis.
Some changes to the scope of the site have been made:
- Chancesend.com is now the main site for Chance's End (the music), Ryan Avery (myself), and Definite Plus Music (my off-again/on-again record label).
- I will be using open APIs from other web services whenever possible. So my music will be hosted on a sharing service TBD, my photos will be hosted on Flickr, my videos will be hosted on Youtube.com, etc.
- I will hopefully be writing a series of articles about music production, music business practices, and multimedia engineering. Perhaps someone out there will find some of it useful.
